  • Have a better knowledge of how you can avoid burnout with practical tips and advice
  • Have improved confidence to talk about your workload and how to ask for support if you need it

How long is this course?

Our Burnout course is available in both one and two hour formats. The one-hour format is perfect for a lunch and learn session – offering a basic understanding of burnout. Our two-hour burnout session offers more depth and opportunities to ask the trainer questions.
